Welcome to Bikesh Finserv. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, calculators, eligibility tools, and loan application services operated by Bikesh Finserv Pvt. Ltd.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Bikesh Finserv acts as a loan intermediary and does not itself disburse loans; final approval rests with our partner banks and NBFCs.

Service Scope
Bikesh Finserv provides information, eligibility checks, and application facilitation services. Displayed interest rates, loan amounts, and approval timelines are indicative and subject to partner lender policies and your individual credit profile.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
